Originally incorporated in 1963 as B.C. Gypsum Drywall Systems, B.C.G. Construction Ltd. was formed in 1984 to address Victoria’s expanding market opportunities in general contracting, construction management & project management. Peter J. Bion joined the company in 1969 and since then has turned BCG into a strong local leader in construction management with a reputation for excellence & reliability.
BCG offers a wide range of professional services from project management to scheduling, cost estimating & constructability reviews, value engineering, claims analysis, quality control inspections & procurement services.
We also offer a host of other pre-construction services ranging from program management and planning to contractor procurement & bid processing.
